At first glance, this website appears to be proof that a human exists who’s such a nerd that he writes book reports for fun. While not incorrect, this website is probably even lamer than just “voluntary book reports”. It’s likely that every book featured here will already be widely successful or written by an author who might explode if subjected to the opinion of another person on the internet. I can relate. I’ve decided to make this a positive place for fond memories. What’s lamer than adult book reports? How about a grown man’s reading diary?
I never used to give up on reading a novel. I would faithfully go all the way to the end. But life’s too short for bad fiction. If I make it through a book, it was probably pretty good. I’ll write about what I’m reading here. Hopefully I won’t write any spoilers, just highlights and my perspective.
Music can send us back in time; I can listen to an album and remember what the air smelled like as I walked through campus my freshman year of college. I made this website because novels do this for me too.
